How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders directly from our website can take up to 72 hours to ship from our warehouse in California.
Choice of shipping methods are "Standard shipping" (flat $12.00 rate for all orders) or "Overnight shipping" ($50.00 for orders up to 10lbs).
If using "Standard shipping", once your order has shipped, you can expect orders to to reach you within 5 to 7 days. Total amount of time from order date to receiving the product is estimated at 8 - 11 days.
If using "Overnight shipping", once your order has shipped, you can expect orders to reach you the next day. Total amount of time from order date to receiving the product is estimated at 4 - 5 days.
