Shipping and Exchanges

Shipping

We will attempt to ship all orders within 24-48 or receipt.  All goods ship from our warehouse in California.  If you select overnight shipping please be aware we can not guarantee that the shoes will ship the same day as you order, overnight shipments may arrive up to 3 days after your order.

Making an exchange with us is easy. 

  1. Return the pair you have 
  2. Place a new order online. (Remember shipping is free in the contiguous US for Full Price Orders.)*When we get your old boots back we will refund the credit card used with your original orders

Why can't I mail in my exchange?

Because our stock is always changing we are finding customers don't get the best experience when they mail in a request that we can't fulfill. Our new process is faster and more accurate. 

What if I don't want the charge for two pairs on my card at the same time? If you don't want the charge for two boots on your card at once, you can wait until you get an email from us saying that your card has been refunded and then you can place your replacement order online as soon as you see the credit appear on your statement. (This can be 7-10 days after the refund was credited depending on your bank.)
