What is your Return Policy? 

For boots and other styles purchased from DEWALTFOOTWEAR.com, you can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as long as they are in new, unworn condition. 

If you purchased from a DEWALT FOOTWEAR retailer, please return your items to the original place of purchase. If, for any reason, they are unwilling to accept your unworn/un damaged return, please email us at customerservice@dewaltfootwear.com. Hours are 8:30-5pm M-F pacific time.

How long does it take to get a refund on my returned item? 

Once we have received your boots, it will take 1-2 weeks to process your return for a refund. Once it is processed, please allow 4-5 business days for the credit to be applied and posted back to your account.

What is the status of my return? 

Once we have received a returned item, it takes 1-2 weeks for our returns department to process. If we have any questions, we'll give you a call. Otherwise, you should see a credit on your statement after about a month.

Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes on all regular price orders from the contiguous US. If for some reason you aren't 100% happy with your order we do offer free return shipping if the item(s) were purchased directly from our website. At this time free return shipping is not available for shipments from Alaska and Hawaii.
