For recently purchased products, we will issue a refund as long as the product is in new, unused condition. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your items and place a new order for the desired merchandise. Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receiving. If your boots are deemed defective, we will either repair the problem or issue you a replacement.
