30 Day Comfort Guarantee: 30 DAY NO RISK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE • Select DEWALT Footwear products have a 30 day comfort guarantee, these products are marked on the box, the DEWALT catalog and DEWALTFOOTWEAR.com. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your DEWALT footwear, you can contact your authorized DEWALT FOOTWEAR retailer from which you purchased your footwear, within 30 days of purchase. The product must have been subject to fair wear and tear and proof of purchase must be produced.
IF PURCHASED DIRECTLY THROUGH DEWALTFOOTWEAR.COM, TO RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT:
Keep your receipt and email us at customerservice@dewaltfootwear.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll provide a return shipping address. Ship footwear and original dated receipt within five (5) days of your initial call. Packages must be returned prepaid. Only original purchase price will be refunded via credit at DEWALTFOOTWEAR.COM; refund does not include applicable taxes and/or shipping charges for return. Copies of receipts, receipts that have been altered and inauthentic receipts will not be honored and product will be returned to customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund. One return per customer. You may have additional rights under the store policy where you purchased the footwear.
One Year Warranty: All DEWALT Footwear Products have a 1-year, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials and workmanship. Must have proof of purchase such as original receipt and submit claim within 365 days of purchase.
All boots with DEWALT Footwear waterproof constructions are guaranteed waterproof for 6 months from date of purchase.
The DEWALT Footwear warranty does not cover damage due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts, and abrasions from outside causes or misuse and/or abuse by the wearer.
The warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear.
Apparel Warranty:
DEWALT guarantees the quality and performance of our apparel products. We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. We will replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to be defective that was purchased through an authorized seller of DEWALT Apparel.
Product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered by our warranty.
Items purchased from dealers may either be returned to the place of purchase and they will facilitate your warranty or you may work directly with DEWALT. Warranties are non-transferable.
All products must be returned OR inspected via photographs before a DEWALTFOOTWEAR.COM CREDIT is issued or a REPLACEMENT of the same or equal value is given. DEWALT FOOTWEAR DOES NOT PRO RATE OR OFFER PARTIAL CREDIT. We will replace all DEWALT Footwear products at our discretion.
We expect our Retailers to handle and accept returns in accordance with the DEWALT Footwear and Apparel warranties and return policy. If footwear or apparel was purchased directly from DEWALT Footwear Brands please go to customerservice@DEWALTFOOTWEAR.com to obtain your return authorization number.
If your boots or apparel were not purchased from either DEWALTFootwear.com or one of our Authorized Dealers this voids the warranty.
